Malaysia tin up $40/tonne

Kuala Lumpur, Nov. 6

The local tin market closed higher on Friday, but the trading volume dropped compared with Thursday. Tin price on the Kuala Lumpur tin market increased $40 to close at $14,890 a tonne. However, turnover decreased to 49 tonnes from 54 tonnes on Thursday.
